CUPPING THERAPY
Applying cups of plastic or silicone material on the skin to create a vacuum. This vacuum is created by using a mechanical pump. The suction draws the skin and underlying tissue into the cup, in order to increase blood flow and promote healing. Cupping has been practiced for thousands of years in various cultures and is used to treat a variety of conditions, such as muscle pain, inflammation, and even colds. Cupping is typically done on the back, but can also be applied to other areas of the body, depending on the issue being treated. It can leave circular marks on the skin, which usually fade after a few days
